So I'm thoroughly surprised honestly that I have lost this much weight since last week. I honestly feel like I've eaten more and exercised less. I think the solution should be to eat more calories (good calories) and exercise more that way I can really boost my weight loss. I've been wondering if I've been eating to little calories so we're going to experiment and see if I eat more (good calories) if I tend to lose or stabilize and not gain weight.
