losing 0.9 lb a week

Well I stayed off the scale for a week cuz last weekend was a write off and I know I messed up. Friends surprised us and our daughter came home for the weekend so it was order pizza and go out for dinner with the kid before she went back home kind of weekend. (Not gonna lie it was soooo delicious!!) It took all week to get back to where I was. Oh well a minor setback I’ll get it back together and keep pushing forward. My goal is 4lbs by the 14th and if I hit it I’m on track with my 10lbs a month. I GOT THIS!!!
