oh I am soo mad I have stuck to the program but I have gained not good I want to cry help someone give me a helpful hint

My best advice---DON"T GIVE UP!!!! It's really easy to get discouraged but don't let it happen. Keep focused on your goals--the program works. It will happen.

Danie, that is why we are here to help support you, drink your water, are you on any type medications? There could be a number of contributing factors, I know for me I can count on weight-gain during my monthly cycle. But, don't give up! Keep moving another second, another minute, another hour, another day, one step at a time is your focus. Lady

Hey girl! Don't get discouraged! It happens to the best of us...and plus there could be anything that triggers the gain. I fell into this bad habit of finishing my water before I left my office and then I would go weight in and I would be up...it was because I was so full of water. Stick with it...you're doing great with your loss as an overall history!! Keep it up!! =0)

You're doing great. Look at your loss so far. Do you think you hit a plateau? What does your diary look like? I know when I hit a plateau it's because I get a little lazy with my foods, such as weigh/measure. I tend to eyeball it sometimes and that causes me to under or over eat my foods. Take a deep breath, relax your shoulders and clear your mind. Re-focus your energy on something you like to do for bit, then come back and scrutinize your diary for those little things that can creep up on you. You'll get there.

Keep on plugging is all I can say....or try the plateau buster. I have been on many mini plateaus. You can do it!
I go weigh in first thing in the morning, most of the time before I eat anything. And yes your weight loss is awesome. Go girl!

Hi Danie, what plan are you on, gold, purple, red? If you can tell me what your typical day is like I can try to help you. I have been on the program for 15 months and I know just about everything there is to know. I even asked if they needed someone for Saturdays for me to work there. I still haven't reached my goals because I have given in TOO many times and cheated but I am 15 lbs to my goal and I know I will make it, and so can you.
