Well, I made it through Wed and Thurs working my 12 hour shifts again and held steady. It sure makes me feel tired and sluggish. Friday, I just layed around after I woke up at 5pm. Couldn't get motivated. Tomorrow (Sunday) I have to work 12 on dayshift. I hope something changes for the better with this job.

Today I have spent the day working outside in the yard, transplanting flowers and changing batteries in yard lights. Have been good at cutting back on the "white Stuff" (flour, bread, potatoes). Still trying to keep up the protein (around 75 gm). Now I'm going outside to do my Biggest Loser video.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
