Monday. Made it through the 12 hours at work yesterday--busy, busy. Slept hard for 8 hours. Went in to town today for shopping and errands. Ate in town twice today. Hard to do and watch what you eat. It makes it easier to get the protein I'm looking for but the carbs are hard to control. Still trying to stay away from the white stuff--exchanged a Hardee's biscuit for a serving of grits instead (also much lower in fat). Hoping for good results on the scale in the morning.

Saw where someone said they weigh each day of the week but only log in the weekly average. Sounds good to me as my weight sometimes fluctuates as much as 3-4 pounds a day. I believe that would probably help to stay on track without the discouragement that comes with the increases. Think I'll try to go for the average on Wednesdays as that is the day I've had the most rest and a couple of days of stability. My waist is down to 34 inches which is the smallest it's been since the early 1990's. Planks, T-stands and abd work have surely paid off! Love my Biggest Loser workouts!

Finally got some rain over the weekend. Hasn't rained here in probably 6 weeks. The rain messed up some fireworks on Saturday, but my flowers and grass were singing Halleluyah today! Hope to go fishing tomorrow--have an appointment with some spotted bass and crappies! Night, Ya'll!
