feeling really good today, i've lost more weight :). i hope everyone has a great day.
276.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 116.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1919 kcal Fat: 154.57g | Prot: 113.81g | Carb: 30.43g.   Breakfast: Egg, pork sausage link. Lunch: canola oil, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Diet Pepsi (20 oz Bottle), chicken vienna sausages, kosher dill pickle. Dinner: butter, reddi whip, jello cherry sugar free, Dijon Mustard, boneless skinless chicken breast. Snacks/Other: broccoli, red pepper, radish, spinach, tomato, Cos or Romaine Lettuce. more...
