Just as I thought, weight is up. But the good news is that this is the first time since I started. Hopefully this week will be better on sticking to it and I will loose that pound and some more.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
