Not even disappointed this last weigh-in! I was completely prepared to be, but I now know I am capable of maintaining. Even with traveling to visit my family for two weeks and resisting (-haha, who am I kidding. A lot of giving in.) all of the ethnic foods I've missed (of course all carb, sugar, cheese, fattening foods) I was able to maintain my weight. All it took was some balancing, substitutions, and being conscious of what I was consuming each day. Now I'm looking forward to getting back on track--my body is feeling all of the indulgence, the past few weeks. Ugh. Excited to see if I can shed a few more pounds!
137.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
