I have had a bit of a rocky 2 weeks with the diet due to birthday and family events. there has been lot of eating out and drinking and I am actually really happy that I have not gained any weight in this time and managed to level it out...

I have still be taking not of the calories to try and make sure I dont go over 2000 but not been sticking to my 1200 intake.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
