walked 12 miles and only lost 2 lbs ughhhhhhh!!!!!!!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

What you mean to say is ....whoo hoooo i walked 2 miles, lost 2 pounds, am closer to my goal, getting lean and healthy....do great things for my body and health....whooo hooooo ...Two pounds is awesome girl especially since you are getting towards the end of your journey. Picture 8 sticks of butter/fat off your body. Amazing!
