On my 5th day out of 17 and weight did not change but still okay as I cheated a little and still did not fluctuate. Time for me to step it up a notch. I can do this..I want to be at 128.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
