new to fatsecret..... am wanting to find others who are doing or going to be doing the 17 day diet b
Hi! I decided to try this diet and have been pleased with the results. I crave sweets and the diet has helped stop that craving. I feel full and have lost about 5 lbs. I should be around 128-130 and over the winter the scale started creeping up to 140-142 which was a wake up call for me. Right now I am 135 after 10 days, but up until about two days ago I was still having my nightly wine, which I have stopped.

I agree. I have been eating egg whites, a little feta, spinach, tomato and covered with salsa--yummy and seems to be filling. I do add a piece of Ezekial bread with small dollop of butter.
