SwamplifeCowgirl's Journal, 24 June 2014

Not been my day thus far. Woke up tired and in pain. Also, I should have skipped the scale this morning and spared myself of that depression. It literally is like the harder I try to eat healthy and eat less calories the more my body/metabolism just clings to weight. This was my problem weight range prior to getting hurt when I first started trying to lose weight before the injury. I swear if I could just get past this hump I would be back down to a happier weight in no time. I think more exercise might help jump start my metabolism but I am still quite limited with my knee so I feel stuck in rut.

Dang I'm whining today...just feel frustrated. Oh well, time to shake it off and deal...tomorrow is another day. Hope everyone else is having a better day! :-)
