Doing better....hormones are leveling back out and I think that will make my weight loss go back to a consistent path.
Eating like i should religiously again for the past 8 days and ramped up the workouts, and I did see a little progress on the scale..too slow, but at least it's progress :)
180.6 lb Lost so far: 102.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
