I know you said in another post you are going to add in a few more calories. If you plateau doing that, it's not necessarily a bad thing. I believe in letting your body adjust sometimes. You're doing great! 😃

@writingwyo...thanks for your encouragement💙 I don't know if my body is heading into a 'flare' or what, but I'm upping the cals by a couple hundred/day to see if I can feel stronger. It's still below a 'maintenance' level of cals....we'll see! 🤷‍♀️☘

👍 Sounds like you have a good plan. I've found adding a little more fat when I've hit a plateau jumpstarted my weight loss combined with the same amount of exercising. I seem to eventually stall out when my diet is too lowfat. Wishing you the best with the change you're making! 😊

From my (totally unprofessional) view adding some calories to your very low daily cals might show some fluctuations in the short term, CrystalJo. However, I think you might just jump start your next weight loss. Hope so!!

A few days with higher calories always tricks my body out of the conservation/starvation mode. Then I can start loosing again.

Wow - nice drop Crystal Jo - I am hoping that will work for me too - I just finished 2 or 3 of eating - just barely below my Net Deficit - hoping for a turn around here.
