Remember that it’s harder to absorb nutrients from raw spinach than cooked. Adding lemon juice or other acid helps!

Focus on volume... i never thought about that... I like to focus on taste. I rather have a morsel of blue cheese than a whole pound of low fat cheese... but that is me. Love learning new stuff though so thanks for posting

I agree liv001. Can’t stand low cal cheese. I know I won’t maintain a lifestyle based on food I don’t like. Only hope for me is get a healthy balanced diet with the odd goodie now and then

@liv001...I don't think the diagram was suggesting a low-cal substitute for a food...it was a different type of food (granola vs. oatmeal) I removed some of the graphics that were posted earlier but I could repost if you'd like.
