I am having a hard time getting moving to workout in the morning. My morning workouts have been wimpy -- 430 calories burned today versus 540 which was my "standard". It's partly a sleep thing. With summer vacation my kids and wife are up later and that keeps me up and I get less sleep. I think it's also a boredom thing. I'm doing the same workout I've done for years.
I have the blahs.
