Hmmm..been drifting a little and losing focus. Late night sandwiches are creeping back in and need to recalibrate. Need to shop and make sure my food is available especially with new household members.
206.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
