First challenge - let's see 5% would be over 9 lbs. That seems mlike an awful lot at this time. But I'll try my hardest. I haven't been close to 175 in probably the last 20 years.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
