A gain of only a little bit, but a more disappointing feeling. Trying to stay focused, exercise routine change is necessary I think. I have sores on my feet again, three of them. Two on one foot, one on the other. Even though my sugars are running where they should be, even running too low at times. But being that my blood was too thick last week, could be the cause. Seems to coincide with it. Anyways, getting away for three days. Looking forward to that!!!
242.0 lb Lost so far: 52.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
