141.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well, another day, another weight gain. very frustrating and depressing. almost a month of the diet, eating no sweets, few snacks, and not much weight coming off. am still working out 5 times a week, although with my allergies going crazy, i'm not getting much sleep so working out is really tough. this website suggested that for my age and level of activity i should be eating 1700-1900 calories a day! holy moley, i would double in size pretty fast with those goals. i can't even lose with a self set goal of 1400. don't usually eat that much. not sure how long i can beat myself up over this. we'll see.
