squeezed my butt into a size 14 this morning!! Hoping next week will be better on the exercise. Starting hiking the first week of May if snow/ice is melted off mountains!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
