actually started on July 15th 2010 with a total weight of 265.00. Stopped at the holidays and took 4 months off and started again full time at a weight of 226. Once I reach my goal of 165.00 a caribbean vacation will be booked!!!!!

I did atkins years ago (7 to be exact) and lost 90lbs in less than 1 year. I felt and looked great. After life's ups and downs (mostly downs) I gained the majority of that back.

So here I am again and will make this my last time because I am going to keep it off. I know what it is like to be skinny and loved it! Much better than being fat!!!!!!!!!!!
