cant do the weight thing till may since i got rid of my scales so when i go to the doctor i will post it... yesterday was an off day because i ate junk sitting at my one day yard sale will do better now ...
177.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
