So my weight is up by 0.6 lbs, but this isn't unusual. After my run this morning it was down to 203.4. If history is any judge that means I'll be at about 203 by the end of the week.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
