😭 i wasnt gunna and just wait till it goes back down but 🤷🏻 its either to much coffee n whipping cream or my monthly visitor/ shark week.. how do i know its coming? i catch myself watching rescue animal videos and crying.. yes im crazy.. Also i think its stupid as hell for someone my age to still have one. im to old for babies. my children are almost 19 and 20.. hell i look like in my 40s having Fn kids?? its Grandbaby time shoot. ok sorry lol venting have a great day. this long ass post is also how i know. lol

206.0 lb Lost so far: 109.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
