Day 30 - P90X.

More size gain, minor weight loss and drop in fat %. Reasonably pleased.

24th March 2011
Was: 175 Lbs @ 16% BF.
This means I have 28 Lbs of Fat and 147 Lbs of Lean Mass (including my brain/bones)

12th April 2011
Today: 174.6 Lbs @ 15.5% BF.
27 Lbs of Fat and 147.6 Lbs of Lean Mass

I still need to Lose: 7.2 Lbs of Fat.

Bring(ing) it!
174.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
