More size gain, minor weight loss and drop in fat %. Reasonably pleased.

12th April 2011 Today: 174.6 Lbs @ 15.5% BF. 27 Lbs of Fat and 147.6 Lbs of Lean Mass
I still need to Lose: 7.2 Lbs of Fat.
