Well, hello again, pizza. Good example of water retention as a sodium sensitive person who ate 1800mg of sodium two days in a row. I didn't realize it was that high until just now when I looked it up, I just knew I chugged two twenty oz things of water after our walk last night without realizing how thirsty I was. Awareness, not excuses. Today will be more normal with respect to food although we are going out for fish. More sunshine and boats! Worked in the yard most of yesterday, cleared the stinging nettles that have popped up so far, not sure why grass grows better between my pavers and bricks than in the dirt in the yard. Walked last night for 2.47 miles, watched the ISS 🛰 in the middle of the big park, even got it on camera near the moon. it just looks like a star next to the moon, but I know what it is. We get three more nights of this. Yay! Our overall speed is down, as is my VO2, but it's just Miss Sadie slowing down. I'm just glad she's able to go with us. Poor little thing is shivering this morning so I wrapped her up in a blanket like a burrito next to be on the couch. She's much happier now. It was so clear last night, it was crazy. I tried, looks nothing like it does in real life. I can see a cruise ship off the coast with my naked eye, but it looks like a blob in pics so I won't bother. what's inserting is that there is a huge statue of Jesus Christ in Tijuana that you used to be able to see both in the day and at night with the naked eye. now, the increase in lights everywhere seems to obfuscate it. you can also tell where the border is because there is a huge increase in light density right after. lots of changes since I first moved to this house. I don't think it's the tall red object, because I think I know that building, but I'm going to check google maps to make sure I'm not talking out of my butt.

I enjoy your posts a lot! I am still laughing about the grass in the cracks. We pull, dig, and pour gasoline on it and it still grows. We till, feed, water the lawn and grass refuses to grow there, but ever other plant from the universe, loves it there.😠 Thanks again! 🤣

I get weeds that grow in between the planks of my deck. For years I tried to grow golden poppies but had no luck. I'd go out and water them and I might get a tiny flower. My neighbor across the street has the poppies all over her front area growing with the weeds and I always seeing them on the sides of the highway coming up between rocks. It's funny, what I want to grow I have no luck with but weeds and grass pop up everywhere.
