Not much to say other than I haven’t been handling my personal life very well lately, not an excuse but I’ve been neglecting everything. I have an appointment to start therapy again next week and see a dietitian and PT so I can start making progress on this again and hopefully get some clarity in dealing with my feelings and especially around food.
466.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 311.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 13.4 lb a week

You can turn it around... if you want to. If you are ready to. You look young in your pic (maybe that was from when you started in 2017). I am guessing you still have half your life left to be in better physical shape. Don't waste it. Actually, I'm not in any position to be doling out advice. 😄 But I wish you well!

There is nothing wrong with getting help. You are doing the right thing. Hang in there. Small consistent changes work. Hang in there with us.
