Not bad. I really need to get controle of myself on the weekends! It's a real problem. I think I need a strategy..That's a goal for this week. Find a way to get over the weekend without eating too much!

Both my last 2 weekends ive had the same issues especially yesterday i went to a bridal show with tons of food! I need a plan to cuz during the week im very good and structured my weekends are my struggle time.
