Note to self: 6 days gym this week. Medium weights, cardio and HIIT sessions. Average daily calories burn was 1200 approx during exercises. One great evening out with the lads yesterday after a long time, with Lots of food and beer (I felt crap afterwards though). 🤔
172.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 172.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
