Actually started this on the 23rd at 209 lbs. I have already lost 5 lbs and am happy. My calorie amount increase each day that I loose weight and it is a good incentive to do the right thing and eat right.
I have already learned that as long as I plan what I am going to have for dinner then I can plan the rest of my calories for lunch and maybe even a treat and it means that I can eat whatever I want.
I have not included drinks in my calories though and am allowing myself 2 days a week where I can do what I want without worrying.
