Ok so had some ups and downs and some complete derailings but i joined a gym yesterday. The last time i tried the treadmill i could barely last 3 minutes.

I did antrial at this gym on Thursday and lasted 10 minute constant jogging on the treadmill today i did 15. I heard that the best way tk loose weight was to run so i am really hoping that if i do this each day and build it up it would be a good place to start.... again....

Good luck. :) - Try creating a play list that slows down and speeds up with you. It used to work for me.
