195.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1222 kcal Fat: 43.01g | Prot: 78.63g | Carb: 146.20g.   Breakfast: 1% Fat Milk, banana, peaceful planet protein, soy edensoy. Lunch: tomato, boars head smoked ham, arnold whole wheat thins, Mayonnaise (No Cholesterol), Deli Fresh Mesquite Smoked Shaved Turkey Breast. Dinner: catsup, broccoli, original, meatloaf. Snacks/Other: Nonfat Smart Pop Butter Popcorn Mini Bags. more...
