No time to weigh in this morning as I took my sister to work. Got a nice massage after my Tai Chi class, too, plus got the car washed and vacuumed. It's been productive. So far I managed to check off all the boxes again yesterday: 15 hour fasting window, no alcohol, no chocolate, 6k steps, big salad for lunch, 3 meals only with no snacking. I made a black bean/butternut squash chili for dinner and green chili cornbread. My husband and sister enjoyed it as well. Hope everyone is having a good Monday.
