YEAH!!!! Another pound! Slow and steady. Starting to like what I am seeing. Today at the gym I was shocked! Looking like my old self again - finally! Still 9 pounds to go, but I'm now at the halfway point! I also feel great from this diet. lots of veggies and fruit while cutting down on the bad food. Still a few slip-ups, but they are getting less and less. Angry I got the chicken a few nights ago.
