Still going in the right direction. I am hopeful going back to the UK at the end of March to visit family and friends and would love to be down to 154. I'm not sure if that's possible as I'm going to continue to be sensible and not starve myself. I want this to evolve into a sustainable, healthy lifestyle which allows for some indulgent, decadent days so I don't feel deprived or 'left out' as I can sometimes feel at the rare social functions I attend.
It's important to my health, fitness and lifestyle as I'm not getting any younger and I want to as active a grandmother as my fibromyalgia allows. I suppose I should also add, what to me, is probably the most important and motivating factor that of my own self image and the effect it has on my confidence

You can do it Jane, fibromyalgia is so painful and drains your energy quickly, I've seen that in my wife. Keep doing what you're doing it's the right way, the fitter you are the less tired you'll be for your grandkids. Really well done Jane

Good strategy, Jane. I always try for a seamless transition between dieting and not dieting so there are no huge changes. Just small and hopefully sustainable adjustments.
