I have changed my goal weight from 140 to 168lbs. I have read that when you set small goals then it's easy to attain and you keep motivated instead of big goals which distracts you and lower your motivation, so now my target is to lose 8 pounds instead of 37 pounds. Once I will lose these 8 pounds I will sent my new small target. I hope this will work for me now.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

I hear that the mini goals work too. Get consistent with your program and knock those 8lbs off. Best wishes!
