No real progress as far as lbs dropping this week, as I am slightly bloated. I anticipate that in the next few days the bloating will subside and there will actually be 1-2 lbs weight loss. Next weigh in will be for next challenge check-in on Friday. Cheers to at least 1 lb!!!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
