Day 4 of Phase 1
Each day is easier than before! I want meat at times, but am not hungry at all. I've had no soda, which is excellent, and don't want it. Watching TV with all the fast food/Applebee's commercials is hard, and cooking dinner for the family is tough, but I'm perservering. I had two bowls of oatmeal with raisin for breakfast, apple fries and yogurt for lunch, and a wonderful mixed spinach greens salad with stir-fried onions, tomatoes, and black beans. The unfortunate thing is that I've only done Pilates/yoga this week, but did not meet any of my walking goals of 3 miles on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
