Well I passed the mini challenges. However; I failed with the weight loss in my mind. Some how I gained 3 pounds in one week. So I went up from 145 to 148 in one week. Now I am at 146, so this week I am going to work alot harder. I have been at 145 for several weeks now and I am going to break that horrible number!

Dufres don't get discouraged hang in there. 145 is not such a horrible number! :) If you aren't logging what you eat make sure to log it, this helps me tremendously because sometimes when I think I haven't eaten alot then I look at what I recorded and there it is, the proof. You can do it, good luck this weekend just remember it's all about being healthy, not necessarily those scales.

Don't push it too hard, sore muscles retain water. That may be where you see the gain. ;)

Thanks. On Sunday I weighed myself 144, i was golden. then this morning, I weighed myself 146. I barely ate yesterday. I think my machine may need a new battery. If not it is going to be beaten with a hammer. Mine goes up my husbands goes down. Thanks for the encouragement. I am going to do better about my journal and logging my food.
