Going in the right direction, thank goodness. I have been quite restrictive, trying to give myself a bit of a kick start and gain some motivation. I will ease off over the weekend a little so I don't feel deprived and then knuckle back down again on Monday.
169.3 lb Lost so far: 53.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
