Day 2 -- scale says I lost 1.5 lb. in one day -- I find this unbelievable, but I'm entering it anyway. Any positive feedback is good, right? We'll see tomorrow...
208.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1515 kcal Fat: 99.11g | Prot: 117.26g | Carb: 43.38g.   Breakfast: scallion, Fried Egg, Cheddar cheese, coffee, vegetable juice, milk. Lunch: italian dressing, butter lettuce. Dinner: ricotta cheese, cabbage salad, edamame. Snacks/Other: greek yogurt, Walnuts. more...

Your body sheds water weight first so you can see a big drop the first week.

Welcome to the SB diet. I lost 11.4 lbs in the first week and was amazed that I was seeing 2-3 lb drops every day. Good job and good luck!
