My scales told me I had lost 7lbs one day last weekend, so I moved them 3 inches to the right and it all went back on again *LOL* Even good scales can be innaccurate. Mine sometimes will feed me their last reading even if I take clothing off and stand on them again......unless I leave them for a good 5 minutes to reset properly. Try to ignore the daily fluctuations by weighing yourself at the same time every day or just once per week.I need to take my own advice on this and just allow myself to kick back and think about something other than my weight *LOL*

I go up and down 5 pounds every day. Some people are more sensitive to things like sodium than others, so you can gain and lose it easily. It also has to do with things like gylcogen storage. Our bodies do strange things sometimes, lol.

Yea - me too! I've noticed quite a big shift (~5lbs) - also, seems like where I stand on the scale changes its reading. Posture, too. I would say to take it with a big grain of salt. I've started thinking of my weight as a range, rather than a number. 261-265. So, I'll know I'm losing weight when it goes below the current range...
