In Melbourne not my normal scales (fat 27 Hyd 50 bone 11 muscle 32)
Not to depessing for some one who had 6 coffees on friday during 5 hour layover in Brisbane.
224.9 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
