Back over 220lb but I am unconcerned, pulled up on the excersise after dropping to under 220 lb because I was a bit worried that I had lost a bit too much ...

Broke the 220 lb 100 kg level for the first time this morning that is after walkin 10 miles yesterday.. Hope to consolidate level over next 2 weeks
