Having fun with family is why I have more work this week.
I am going to make it and I am glad that I gained less than I thought I might. Exercise and calorie counting matter for me and I will do both with zest this week.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
