Went to a convention last week. I don't have a smart phone so I just enjoyed the fool that was somewhat healthy but not low calorie. Catching up now.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LoL these things happened and it sounds like you made the best of a bad situation. Try and give it an extra push this week, that way you should fall back in line and will certainly feel better about the whole thing - have a good week :-)
