Sticking to an hour of Pilates a day. Tomorrow is my off day but I'm thinking about doing a half hour of Harvard Health Newsletter gentle core exercises to make up for the half hour of Pilates I lost this week.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
