Great job keeping the eating under control buddy. I agree with not wanting to put so much emphasis on weight & body size. Eating & exercise should be a fun, enjoyable, and relaxing endeavor...not a chore or frustration. Do what you can for your overall health & keep it fun. Don't get carried away on weight/food numbers. At least that's what I do. Keep up the great work buddy.
